Identification and contact data (name, phone, email) provided when you message us on WhatsApp, by email or when booking, in order to answer your enquiry, manage the booking and deliver the service.

Data required to deliver the service, including the informed consent signed before a tattoo or piercing, in accordance with applicable health regulations.

Images of the completed work, only where you expressly authorise their publication on the website or social media. You may withdraw that authorisation at any time.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, on the performance of the contractual relationship (delivery of the service) and on compliance with the legal and health obligations that apply to us.

Retention

We keep the data for as long as necessary to deliver the service and thereafter for the periods legally required to address potential liabilities.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. We may use technology providers (web hosting, messaging) acting as processors under the guarantees required by law.
